Belmont Abbey College

Founded by the Order of Saint Benedict in 1876, the Abbey offers more than 25 undergraduate majors. With 1,000 students from the states and 18 foreign countries.

Davidson College

Davidson is a highly selective independent liberal arts college for 1,920 students located 20 minutes north of Charlotte in Davidson, N.C. Since its establishment in 1837 by Presbyterians, the college has graduated 23 Rhodes Scholars and is consistently regarded as one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country.

Johnson C. Smith University

Founded in 1867, currently serves 1,600 students in 26 degree fields. With cooperative programs to better serve it’s students with UNC-Charlotte, Duke, Davidson and Howard.

Pfeiffer College

A liberal arts college located 1 hr. north of Charlotte. Pfeiffer has a Charlotte campus for junior and senior courses in accounting, business and criminal justice.

University of North Carolina at Charlotte

Central Piedmont Community College

Rated as one of the top 5 community colleges in the US, CPCC has over 70 career programs (two-year associate degree). Classes are also held at many other locations around Charlotte.
